If you haven’t heard the latest from downtown Rochester, a brand new bakery and cafe are opening, and they look absolutely fabulous! Mezza 9 Cafe & Bakery is opening at 20 3rd Street SW and I know a few people who got a glimpse and love the new place.

If you scroll through the photos on the Mazz 9 Cafe & Bakery Facebook page, you might start drooling because the food is absolutely amazing! Here are some of the items you will find on the menu when you visit.

You’ll find a variety of macaron flavors, including vanilla, strawberry cheesecake, pistachio, wild berry, Italian cream, fruity pebbles, birthday cake, lemongrass, salted caramel, cookies and cream and raspberry-rose.

Four High Carrot Cake is another amazing dessert you’ll find on the menu at Mezza 9 Cafe & Bakery. This carrot cake is unlike any other because it’s topped with a drizzle of white chocolate ganache.

If you’re craving chocolate, order the Five High Chocolate Cake or the Chocolate Lovin Cake which, according to the menu, is “a giant bite of chocolate pudding between two layers of dark, moist chocolate cake dipped in chocolate.”
