In addition to the scientific aspects of the Mission, Garatea will be used in an educational way to popularize and disseminate knowledge of Space, Space Sciences and Space Affairs in schools and universities. Lucas is a science lecturer and founder of Airvantis, a NewSpace company based in Brazil. Airvantis is based in Brazil and the United States, promoting the bridge between the Americas to develop a Newspace ecosystem in the region.

The conversation will focus on space affairs, new trends in the Brazilian space sector, related to research, development and innovation. And of course, as the theme of this year’s World Space Week is space and sustainability, the conversation will touch on many aspects of this important challenge for the sector.

The public will have the opportunity to ask questions in dialogue with Lucas Fonseca.
